World Group Solutions LLC ("we") operates WGS Intelligent Reporting. This notice explains what we store.
We store your full name, company name, email address, phone number, registration date, sign-in dates and account status so you can sign in and so administrators can manage the service.
Uploaded CSV files are read inside your own browser and stored only on your device. Raw rows are never sent to our servers. We store descriptive information about each file (file name, size, row and column counts, column names and types, data-quality summary) in your private workspace.
To suggest and plan questions, column names, data types and summary statistics (counts, min/max, date ranges) are sent to an AI service. Sample category values are only included if you switch on that option. Raw records are never sent.
We record sign-ins and question activity (counts, statuses, timestamps) for security, administration and possible future question-based billing. Verification codes are never logged.
Your datasets, questions and dashboards are visible only to you. You can delete datasets and dashboards at any time; to delete your account, contact us.
